Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of 2brzcoffee.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

The Site is operated by 2BRZ Media LLC, a California limited liability company.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter a contract.
3. Account & Order Accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including shipping address. We're not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer-supplied information.
4. Pricing & Product Information
We work to keep pricing and product descriptions accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after payment. Refunds for canceled orders are issued promptly.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and other authorized processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.
6. Coffee, Food Safety, and General Disclaimers
Our products are food items. While we and our roasting partners follow applicable food safety regulations, individual reactions vary. If you have allergies or sensitivities, review product information before ordering and consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns. See our Legal Notice for additional disclaimers, including those applicable to mushroom coffee products.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content — logos, designs, copy, images, the 2BRZ marks — is owned by 2BRZ Media LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal browsing and sharing of product pages is fine.
8. User Content
If you submit a review, comment, or any content to the Site, you grant 2BRZ Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours to submit and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
9. Prohibited Uses
Don't use the Site to: violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape data without permission, harass other users or staff, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2BRZ MEDIA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2BRZ MEDIA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR YOUR PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2BRZ Media LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in California or by remote means. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and 2BRZ Media LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action. Disputes must be brought individually.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing 2brzmediaemail@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
