Shipping Policy
Roast-to-Order Means Fresher Coffee
Your coffee isn't sitting in a warehouse. Every order is roasted after you place it. That's the trade-off: a little more time, dramatically fresher coffee.
Processing Time
1–3 business days from order placement to roasting and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time
After processing, packages ship via USPS or UPS:
- Standard (contiguous US): 3–7 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 7–14 business days
Total time from order to delivery: typically 4–10 business days for the contiguous US.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do not currently offer free shipping promotions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate after the email arrives.
Address Changes
Once an order enters production (typically within 24 hours of placement), we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check before checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the product cost minus shipping, or you can pay reshipping.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us at 2brzmediaemail@gmail.com. We'll open a carrier inquiry and either reship or refund.
FTC Compliance
We ship within the timeframes stated above. If for any reason we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to extend, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
