Refund & Return Policy

At 2BRZ Coffee, every order is roasted-to-order and shipped fresh. Because of this, our refund policy is tailored to the realities of a freshly-roasted, perishable product.

Your 30-Day Window

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

When We'll Refund or Replace

Damaged in transit: Bag torn, contents spilled, packaging compromised. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong item shipped: You received something different from what you ordered.
Quality defect: The coffee is stale, contaminated, or otherwise defective. Contact us with details and a photo if possible.
Lost in transit: Tracking shows the package never arrived. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.

When We Won't Refund

"I didn't like the taste." Coffee is a personal preference. We're happy to recommend a different roast next time, but flavor preference is not grounds for a refund on opened bags.
Bags opened beyond a sample tasting (more than roughly 25% consumed) unless the product is defective.
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Request

Email 2brzmediaemail@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description. Include photos for damage or defect claims. We respond within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

For our error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We cover return shipping or waive the return entirely.
For preference-based requests we choose to honor as a courtesy: Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return (or immediately for waived returns).

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter production. Because we roast to order, production typically begins within 24 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible.
